By creating an account or using Rahii, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Rahii. Entity: Rahii (working name).

Rahii is a peer discussion community for gig workers — not a job marketplace, employer, insurer, or payment app. Advice from other users is informal; verify before you rely on it.

You must sign in with a Google account you control, be at least 18, and keep your pseudonym non-impersonating. We may suspend accounts for abuse or legal risk.

You keep rights to content you post. You grant Rahii a licence to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content inside the service. You confirm you have rights to media you upload.

No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, scams, malware, or illegal activity. No doxxing. No customer PII. No scraping or automated spam. Follow Community Guidelines.

We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts. Automated checks may block or flag posts. Appeals: contact support when available.

Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee earnings outcomes, safety of routes, or accuracy of peer updates. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we limit liability for indirect losses.

You may stop using Rahii anytime. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update Terms with notice and versioned re-consent for material changes. Effective: 26 July 2026.
